2006 Silverwood Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Delicate lifted nose. Top note of dark cherry followed by a hint of truffle, spice and strawberry. Moderate palate power wave. Flavours of dark cherry and truffle over a spicy background with some light liquorice emerging. Fine slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry and spice.
