The Schulz family are one of the Barossa's most highly regarded growers, based in Ebenezer. This very limited production Shiraz has been made by David Powell of Torbreck fame as part of a long standing relationship between grower and winemaker. Each of the wines is named after one of the generations of the Schulz family.

Opaque purple red colour with deep crimson mauve hue- excellent cling. Aromas of mocha, liquorice allsorts, confectionary and vanilla. Full bodied with flavours of ripe plum, liquorice, confectionary, mocha and dark chocolate. Excellent weight and mouthfeel. Fine grained tannins with long liquorice allsorts/aniseed, ripe plum and confectionary aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012). 14.9% Alc./Vol.
