2006 Primo Estate Il Briccone Shiraz Sangiovese

Deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of spice and black pepper followed by a dark cherry end note. The palate displays flavours of stewed fruit, followed by liquorice and dark cherry. Fine slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and stewed fruit.
