2006 Pondalowie Vineyard Shiraz Viognier

5% Viognier has been added to the open ferment. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of dried apricot, spice, blackberry, plum and fresh liquorice. The palate delivers flavours of plum, liquorice and dark chocolate over a spicy background. Fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. Very long aftertaste of black pepper and plum.
