2006 Penny's Hill Specialized Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose with top note of violet followed by spice and blackcurrant showing good varietal characteristics of the blend. Good palate weight with fine slightly chalky tannins and plum and spice flavours which run through the aftertaste.
