2006 Oakridge Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 15 months in French oak barriques and hogsheads of which 40% were new. Deep dark crimson red opaque colour with dark crimson mauve hue. The nose is quite refined with aromas of cedar, tobacco, blackcurrant and spice. Medium bodied palate displaying elegance with flavours of blackcurrant, cedar, truffle and spice. Fine grained dryish tannins with aftertaste of spice, cedar and cigar box.
