Deep purple crimson colour with purple mauve hue. A refined Shiraz sniff with aromas of blackberry, liquorice allsorts, spice and black pepper followed by some confectionary end notes. Medium to full bodied with flavours of ripe blackberry, blackpepper, spice and liquorice allsorts followed by some confectionary and cedar notes. Very fine grained well integrated tannin structure. Long blackpepper, spice, blackberry and cedar aftertaste. A top example of a refined cool climate Shiraz.
