A disappointing effort. Semi translucent crimson mauve colour. Top note of spice, followed by plum, stewed fruit and a touch of inkiness. The palate displays flavours of plum, spice and liquorice with spiciness being accentuated on the back palate. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, spice and liquorice.
