This wine has been barrel fermented in older and new French oak. Bright straw colour with green tinge, pale straw hue. Light top note of cashew, hazelnut and melon. The palate displays flavours of yeast lees, grapefruit and lemon over a light background of melon. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of yeast lees, melon and grapefruit.
