Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is impressive, with excellent sniff. Top note of biscuit and yeast lees followed by hints of honeycomb and spice. The palate has good weight with flavours of biscuit and yeast lees. Flavours of spice, melon, biscuit and hazelnut over a citrus background. Clean acid finish.
