An excellent example of Eden Valley Riesling, with impressive cellaring potential. Bright straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose of lime, lemon and orange blossom. The palate has excellent weight and mouthfeel, loaded with ripe lime flavours followed by orange rind. Excellent acid balance. Very long aftertaste of lemon, lime and orange rind.
