2006 Lake Breeze Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body, crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of cassis followed by violet and cedar delivering a perfumed lift and showing good varietal character. The palate reflects the nose with cedar, spice and cassis flavours over a white pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cassis, cedar and spice with just a hint of truffle
