2006 Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve purple hue. Medium body, perfumed nose, with top note of spice and hints of game are followed by a strawberry end note. The nose shows both complexity and distinct varietal character. The palate has impressive weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of strawberry, cherry and spice with just a touch of sour cherry on the back palate. Fine grained tannins. Cherry and spice aftertaste.
