2006 Killibinbin Blend Shiraz Cabernet

Composed of 52% Shiraz and 48% Cabernet this wine has undergone minimum filtration. Medium body with brick red colour and brick red hue. Top note of stewed fruit followed by cedar and earth showing bottle development. The palate displays flavours of stewed fruit and cedar with the fruit beginning to dry out on the palate. Chalky dry tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, cedar and old leather.
