2006 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top notes of dark chocolate, followed by mocha, liquorice, spice and vanilla. The palate flavours are generous with black pepper, vanilla, plum and spice evident. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of vanilla, plum and dark chocolate.
