2006 Jim Barry The Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep black crimson colour with crimson mauve purple hue. Lifted nose of violet infusions, spice and blackcurrant showing distinct primary aroma. The palate delivers flavours of blackcurrant, spice and plum with just a hint of truffle over a light white pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and white pepper.
