The Barritt family has been growing grapes in the Barossa since the 1850s, Greg and Joe Barritt being direct descendents of two of the earliest settlers in the Barossa Valley. The family's present day vineyards are on the eastern side of the Barossa, on the slopes of the Ranges near Bethany.

An excellent value flavour filled Barossa Shiraz.

Opaque crimson red purple colour with excellent glass cling. Aromas of mocha, liquorice allsorts, aniseed and confectionary displaying good intensity. Excellent palate weight with an abundance of flavour – aniseed, dark chocolate, mocha, vanilla and blackpepper on the finish. Fine grained dry tannin structure with aftertaste of liquorice, confectionary, spice and blackpepper.
