2006 Hollick Reserve Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of butterscotch followed by yeast lees showing good barrel ferment character. The palate displays strong varietal character, with flavours of lemon and a hint of grapefruit emerging over a butterscotch and yeast lees background. The acidity remains quite fresh. Aftertaste of lemon, butterscotch and spice.
