2006 Henry's Drive The Trial of John Montford Cabernet Sauvignon

Produced by Henry’s Drive, this wine is barrel fermented and matured in a combination of oak hogsheads and barriques of which 63% is American oak and 37% French oak .Opaque dark red black colour with dark brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, plum and a touch of cedar. Full bodied palate with flavours of dark chocolate, dark plum and liquorice followed by some spicy cedar characters. Fine grained tannin structure with aftertaste of dark chocolate, liquorice, spice and cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
