Very deep crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Top note of cherry, followed by violets and a hint of cassis. The palate remains quite tight – and is a bit dry. Flavours of plum, spice and cassis emerge followed by spice and black pepper. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, cherry and cassis.
