This Soave Classico has been made from Garanega and Trebbiano grapes. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of confectionary, spice and semi ripe peach. On the palate the flavours of semi ripe peach are overlaid with light confectionary and light tropical fruit. Clean acid finish. Light aftertaste of dry hay and confectionary.
