2006 Grosset Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue, with distinct green tinge. The nose is Graves like with top notes of confectionary, followed by spice and a touch of dry hay, finishing with a light tropical fruit end note. The palate is generous. Citrus backbone, followed by confectionary, hints of pineapple and gooseberry. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry, confectionary and citrus.
