The Miamba Vineyard is located at the southern end of the Barossa near Lyndoch. Historically, an important vineyard that fell into disarray until 1983 when winemaker Grant Burge purchased the block and re-established the vineyard.

Opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue, showing good cling to the glass. Top note of violets, followed by liquorice allsorts and vanilla, an appealing sniff. The palate flavours are on the joosy side, showing good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of vanilla, liquorice, ripe plum and spice are supported by fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, ripe plum and vanilla.
