2006 Flying Fish Cove Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Vegetal, grassy and herbaceous top note, followed by a hint of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit. Light, grassy palate, followed by tropical fruit and unripe gooseberry. Clean finish. Unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
