First Tasted 11th January 2008;
Opaque deep crimson colour with deep crimson brick red hue. Top note of plum and spice, followed by stewed fruit and just a hint of cedar. On the palate flavours of plum and spice are followed by vanilla and stewed fruit. Surprisingly this wine appears to be at its peak now – so enjoy. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
