2006 De Bortoli Sero Merlot Sangiovese

Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of mulberry, followed by spice with end notes of fresh liquorice, plum and truffle. The palate has good weight, with flavours of mulberry and spice followed by a plum and liquorice end note. Soft tannins. Mulberry and spice aftertaste. A well made, easy to drink commercial wine.
