Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Delicate nut top note followed by cashew and light melon. The palate flavour profile is light, lacking length and depth. Light aftertaste of melon. Short finish.

First Tasted, November 2007:
Bright straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of hazelnut, cashew and biscuit. The palate delivers flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and roast almond followed by melon back palate flavours. Creamy texture. The palate is slightly broad. Aftertaste of biscuit and roast almond.
