2006 Cape Mentelle Trinders Vineyard Cabernet Merlot

Bright crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of cassis, liquorice and spice followed by blackcurrant and cedar – A Classic Cabernet sniff. The palate displays flavours of cassis and blackcurrant with a hint of chocolate. There is a hint of tea leaf. Aftertaste of cedar and spice.
