2006 Blue Pyrenees Estate Red Cabernet Merlot Shiraz

Produced from a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 14% Shiraz. Deep dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of spearmint followed by some chocolate, blackcurrant and liquorice allsorts notes. The palate also displays strong spearmint characters along with dark chocolate, blackcurrant and spice. Firmish dry tannins with aftertaste of mint, cedar and spice. Dry Finish.
