2006 Bethany Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is mature. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of ripe gooseberry, followed by tropical fruit, showing lifted ripe fruit character. On the palate flavours of tropical fruit, light honey and toast, showing bottle maturity. Crisp acid finish. Honey toast and citrus aftertaste.
