2006 Bellarmine Auslese Riesling

This wine is very youthful in appearance. Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of ripe lime, followed by tropical fruit and spice. End notes of ripe oranges and ripe mandarin. The palate delivers flavours of ripe lime, tropical fruit and ripe mandarin, over a citrus background. There is a sense of residual sweetness in the wine. Clean finish. Aftertaste of orange and mandarin.
