2006 Barratt Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has been made from 23 year old vines and matured in French oak barriques.
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of peach, followed by delicate aroma of nougat, melon and light tropical fruit. Creamy palate texture – slightly broad. Flavours of melon and spice with light peach and lemon in the background. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, peach and tropical fruit.
