2006 Balgownie Estate Shiraz

Opaque dark red colour with dark brick red hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of blackberry and spearmint followed by some liquorice and confectionary end notes. Medium to full bodied with generous flavours of blackberry, spearmint and confectionary followed by a touch of blackpepper and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, mint and blackpepper.
