A full bodied fully ripened Viognier. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue – showing development. Aroma of ripe apricot, marzipan and tropical fruit. The palate is slightly broad yet mouthfilling. Flavours of dried apricot and tropical fruit. Very spicy. Flavours of honey and marzipan on the back palate. The acidity is holding up well. Very long spicy aftertaste.
