An outstanding example, showing considerable refined character. The grapes have been co-fermented in order to maximise complexity.

Opaque black, crimson, purple colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose of spice, violets, dried apricot and black pepper. The palate displays impressive weight and mouthfeel, showing a considerable degree of elegance. Flavours of spice, blackberry and black pepper are supported by fine, dry, slightly chalky tannins. Long aftertaste of spice and blackberry.
