2005 Xanadu Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Excellent nose, with violet and spice top note followed by blackberry and confectionary with a truffle end note. The palate flavour profile is refined, with flavours of confectionary, vanilla and blackberry emerging. Fine slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of confectionary, vanilla and spice.
