2005 Woody Nook Gallagher's Choice Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by violet, cassis, truffle and new leather. The palate displays flavours of cedar and blackcurrant over a background of truffle and new leather. Fine grained, dry, chalky persistent tannins. Aftertaste of truffle and new leather.
