2005 Trevor Jones Dry Grown Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of plum and spice followed by liquorice and a hint of violet. Fine dryish tannins. Flavours of plum and stewed fruit with a hint of cedar and liquorice. The palate is quite tight. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and cedar.
