2005 Trevor Jones Boots Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson purple hue. Perfumed nose, top note of vanilla, followed by spice, liquorice and blackberry. The palate is tight conveying a sense of elegance which is also reflective of the year. Flavours of stewed fruit, plum, vanilla and light confectionary emerge. Excellent balance. Fine grained balanced tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum, vanilla, blackberry and spice.
