2005 Taylors Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by blackcurrant and spice, showing strong varietal character. Flavours of cedar, liquorice and mocha fill the palate, supported by fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, mocha and liquorice, with fine dry tannins persisting.
