The colour is impressive for Pinot Noir. Medium body. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aromas of spice, followed by a hint of game, cherry and earth. The palate flavours are tighter than expected with cherry and spice flavours emerging. Fine grained tannins. Cherry spice aftertaste.
