2005 Spence Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Refined nose of blackcurrant, liquorice allsorts, cedar and violets delivering a classic Cabernet sniff. The palate reflects the nose, with its refined structure. Flavours of blackcurrant, violet infusions, spice and cassis. Fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. Excellent length. Aftertaste of cedar, spice and blackcurrant – with lingering spiciness.
