Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of honeycomb, hazelnut and cashew, showing yeast lees and barrel ferment character. There is some coarseness evident on the palate. Tropical fruit and a touch of grapefruit emerge. Coarse back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and some honeycomb persisting.
