2005 Shadowfax Chardonnay

Retasted: The fruit for this wine has been grown in Geelong, Macedon, Beechworth and Cardinia Ranges in Victoria. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate nose of peach, melon and tropical fruit. The palate flavours are light. Peach, citrus and yeast lees are followed by a light melon aftertaste.

Bright pale gold colour with water like hue. Delicate nose of yeast lees, fig, melon and cashew. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of biscuit, melon and fig emerge over a cashew back palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of fig, cashew and yeast lees. An elegant style.
