2005 Sarsfield Estate Pinot Noir

Translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of ripe strawberry followed by a hint of spice and game with a strawberry jam end note. On the palate flavours of strawberry and spice with just a touch of jam on the back palate. Fine grained tannins, with impressive power wave. Aftertaste of spice and strawberry.
