2005 Possums Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of cherry followed by blackcurrant, old leather and spice with a touch of earth. The palate remains tight, with flavours of spice, blackcurrant and dark cherry. The acidity is a touch on the high side. Relatively short flavours of blackcurrant and spice. Aftertaste of dark cherry and spice.
