2005 Port Phillip Estate Rimage Syrah Tete de Cuvee

Rimage is the term used to describe the best parcel of fruit grown in a vineyard. Medium body. Crimson colour with crimson hue. Earthy top note followed by cedar, spice and stewed fruit with white pepper and confectionary end note. On the palate, flavours of stewed fruit, plum, spice and white pepper are supported by fine grained tannins. Excellent length. Aftertaste of plum, spice and stewed fruit.
