2005 Pirramimma Stock's Hill Shiraz

Bright brick red crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of cedar, followed by vanilla, liquorice, plum and stewed fruit. The palate is quite dry with the fruit beginning to fade. Flavours of leather, cedar and plum. Dry chalky tannins which run through the palate. Aftertaste of leather and cedar.
