2005 Pirramimma Stock's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of old leather, stewed fruit and cedar. The nose displays advanced aging for a 2005 red. The palate fruit has faded to a point of drying out. Dry tannins which persist into the aftertaste.
