2005 Pipers Brook Vineyard Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees and honeycomb followed by a delicate touch of butterscotch. The palate is Chablis like in its structure, with light lees character followed by quince and grapefruit flavours and a crisp acid finish.
